Packaging of products
Same as their production, the packaging of your future designs is very important. This is why we work with suppliers specialising in the packaging of fragile products to ensure quality and recyclable packaging. We are present on site to check all our products before they leave for your haven of peace.
Our products will be delivered to your doorstep and we will ensure that they are carefully packaged and protected.If on delivery, you notice an anomaly on the packaging, please take photos in the presence of the delivery person in case the object is damaged.
Delivery & Returns
Quality and Durability - We ensure the highest quality of stone and craftsmanship in every piece. Due to the nature of natural stone, each piece may vary in color or pattern, this is charm, please use images as a guide only.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Our pieces are available to be seen in the Landes or in video call upon request.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damages while handling your piece. Marble is a heavy and fragile stone. If handled with care, your piece will last a lifetime.
When moving a room, take two corners of the room and preferably two people for perfect support and without impact.
We do our best to ensure the best quality and condition of the products we deliver to your doorstep. (Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive them - and mark unchecked goods with the delivery courier - or if there is any visible damage to the box or packaging - please note this with the driver/courier - or sign the damaged box.)
However, if you find that the item you have received has been damaged, please notify us upon delivery by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com or by contacting us by telephone. In your email, please specify:

The damage(s) - please provide photos
Once we receive your email, we will arrange a pickup, redelivery or refund as per your request. If the product is damaged, we will refund the full amount, including delivery costs.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link so that you can track your delivery.
In the event of payment by credit card, shipments can be dispatched within 7 working days, following the usual security precautions (fraud or card abuse for example) imposed by the banks. If a payment is not confirmed within 30 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery price - 30 euros in the Landes (40) and the Basque Country (64)
Other regions of France - this will vary and will be calculated at checkout, a range between 80 and 250 euros is estimated for a product ranging from 50 KG to 120 KG.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
It shouldn't take more than 10-14 business days after receiving and checking the product.
