All of the commercial operations carried out by our Company are subject to these general conditions of sale (known as "GTC") which govern the contractual relations between any user of the site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") ) wishing to make a purchase via the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and the company MANIFESTE CRÉATION, whose head office is located at 341 avenue de l'océan, 40140 Magescq and registered in the trade and companies register under the number 920 450 822 , (hereinafter referred to as “CREATION MANIFESTO”).

MANIFESTE CREATION offers marble stone furniture in limited collections, pre-orders or made-to-measure (individuals and professionals).

The Products offered on the Manifeste Création website are as follows:

  • side tables
  • Columns and side tables
  • bedside tables,
  • Cubes

The main characteristics of the Products and in particular the specifications, illustrations and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products, are presented on the site , which the customer is required to read before ordering. For any other question, the customer can contact the seller by email or telephone before proceeding with his purchase. The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Product offers are valid within the limits of available stocks, as specified when placing the order. Pre-orders are available on select products in select marbles and can be pre-ordered with delivery time ranging from 9-12 weeks.

These T&Cs are accessible at any time on the website and will prevail over any other document.

The Customer declares to have read these GCS and to have accepted them by ticking the box provided for this purpose before the implementation of the online ordering procedure of the site . Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.

The products on the site are offered for sale for the following territories: Metropolitan France, countries of the European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom. In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the Customer is the importer of the Product(s) concerned.

For all Products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. They will be charged to and are the sole responsibility of the Client.

To place an order on the Site for the purchase of a Product, the CUSTOMER must:

Orders placed on the website are carried out according to the steps below:

  1. The customer fills his basket with Manifeste Création products
  2. The customer can create his account if it is a first purchase or log in if he is already a member of the community
  3. The customer checks his basket and fills in the information concerning the delivery details.
  4. The customer is informed of the delivery method and shipping costs
  5. The customer can choose his method of payment and validate the GCS as well as the order
  6. The customer proceeds to the payment of the order
  7. The customer receives the order confirmation email

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price.

The Customer is required to verify the completeness and veracity of the information he provides when ordering and particularly his delivery address. The order validation e-mail signifies the acceptance by MANIFESTE CRÉATION of the Customer's order and thus forms the sales contract between the parties according to the provisions of the GCS. The information provided by the Customer as well as the GCS form the contract concluded between the Customer and MANIFESTE CRÉATION and will be recalled in the order validation e-mail. The Customer is responsible for keeping this validation email representing his copy of the sales contract. MANIFESTE CREATION cannot be held responsible for the fact that this email is erased by an “anti-SPAM” type device. The Customer may access the content of his order at any time by connecting to the Site and opening the "My Account" tab. The T&Cs can be consulted from any page of the Site.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. Any cancellation of the order by the Customer after its acceptance by the Seller will not be possible. only within 3 working days at most after acceptance of the order by the Seller and as long as delivery has not taken place (irrespective of the provisions relating to the application or not of the legal right of withdrawal).


To be able to place an order, the Customer is invited to create an account (personal space). However, he can place an order without creating an official account, but the Customer is responsible for the information transmitted to the Seller.

In the event of non-compliance with the general conditions of sale and/or use, the site will have the possibility of suspending or even closing a customer's account after formal notice sent electronically and remained without effect.

Manifeste Création takes the greatest care in putting online information relating to the essential characteristics of the products, in particular by means of technical descriptions. Each photo shows the elegance of each piece.

We carry out quality shootings in order to put you as close as possible to our pieces. However, variations may exist knowing that it is a natural stone and that each piece is unique. You can see the pieces by appointment in the Landes at the company's head office or by videoconference by appointment.


The sale prices indicated on the site are in euros but excluding delivery costs. Any delivery costs are indicated to the User as they choose products and are invoiced to them at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we undertake to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated to you on the site at the time of your order. We inform you that in case of display of an erroneous price, obviously derisory, whatever the reason (computer problem, manual error, technical error…), the order will be cancelled, even in the event of initial validation.

Price to pay : The price to pay is the price indicated on the Site in the Product sheet, plus incidental costs (in particular delivery costs) communicated at the time of the order. It can be reduced by a discount (for example promotional codes or vouchers). The price will not be final until the order is confirmed. All prices are displayed on our Site in euros and inclusive of all taxes (“TTC”).

Promotional coupons or purchase vouchers : the CUSTOMER will be able to benefit from promotional codes or personal and non-transferable purchase vouchers that he can use when validating his order by entering their reference in the purchase form.

Delivery costs : Delivery costs are due with each order placed. The exact amount of the shipping costs depends on the delivery method chosen, the place of delivery of the order and its content. It will be displayed once the products are selected at the end of the order.


You will note that we will honor your order within the limits of our available stocks. In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in our stocks, we undertake to contact you by e-mail or telephone call within 2 days from the date of your order in order to inform you of this and to tell you within what timeframe, this product could, if necessary, be delivered to you. If among the products ordered, some are temporarily unavailable, we will then offer to send you a refund.

Products out of stock will be available for pre-order for possible delivery between 9 and 12 weeks. We limit stocks for the sake of eco-responsibility.


Your order will be delivered to your home by private carrier or by us if you are in the departments of Landes (40) or Pyrénées Atlantique (64)

When the article is indicated "In Stock" during your order, the time between placing the order and delivery is approximately 15-20 days. We will of course contact you by telephone to inform you of your delivery date as well as the approximate time.

During your delivery, you will be given your invoice and a delivery note in duplicate in order to check the condition of the products together. This delivery note attests to the good condition of your products and the acceptance of your delivery.

If the part arrives damaged, please notify us on delivery and take photos in the presence of the delivery person in charge of the delivery.


The price is paid by secure payment, according to the following terms: payment by credit card

The CUSTOMER must have the following debit or credit card: Carte Bleue®, MasterCard®, VISA® and American Express®.

The price is payable in cash by the Customer, in full on the day the order is placed.

However, the Customer may, when this possibility is indicated on the seller's site, pay according to the following conditions and schedule:

In 3 equal installments, one month apart, the first on the day of the sale.

In this case, in the event of late payment and payment of sums owed by the Customer beyond the time limits fixed above, and after the date of payment appearing on the invoice addressed to the latter, late penalties calculated at the legal rate applicable to the amount including tax of the purchase price appearing on the said invoice, will automatically and automatically be acquired by the Seller, without any formality or prior formal notice.

Late payment will result in the immediate payment of all sums owed by the Customer, without prejudice to any other action that the Seller would be entitled to bring, in this respect, against the Customer.

In addition, the Seller reserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with the payment conditions listed above, to suspend or cancel the delivery of orders in progress made by the Customer.

Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment provider involved in banking transactions carried out on the https:/ site.

Payments made by the Customer will only be considered final after effective collection by the Seller of the sums due.

MANIFESTE CREATION retains ownership of the goods sold until delivery of the goods to the customer or to the recipient designated by the customer. Failure to pay one or the other may result in a claim for the goods. These provisions do not preclude the transfer to the Internet user, upon delivery, of the risks of loss and deterioration of the goods purchased as well as the damage they could cause.


The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered in mainland France or in the following area(s):

Switzerland, United Kingdom, the countries of the European Union.

Deliveries in mainland France take place within 15-20 working days to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering on the site, and within 20-30 working days for the other destinations mentioned above. This paragraph applies to products in stock from the limited collection. Another delay applies for pre-orders.

Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered in one go. The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the deadlines specified above.

If the Products ordered have not been delivered within 20 days after the maximum indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer's act, the sale may be canceled at the Customer's written request within the conditions provided for in Articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him no later than fourteen days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deduction.

Deliveries are made by an independent carrier, to the address given by the Customer when ordering and which the carrier can easily access.

When the Customer has himself taken charge of using a carrier that he chooses himself, the delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the Products ordered by the Seller have been handed over to the carrier who has accepted them without reservation. The Customer therefore acknowledges that it is up to the carrier to make the delivery and has no warranty claim against the Seller in the event of non-delivery of the goods transported.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered. He has a period of 48 hours from delivery to make complaints by e-mail to the address manifestecreation@gmail, com accompanied by all the supporting documents relating thereto (photos in particular). After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by the Seller.

The Seller will reimburse or replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in Articles L 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and those provided for in these T&Cs.

The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration relating thereto will only be carried out when the Customer takes physical possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at the Seller's risk and peril except when the Customer has chosen the carrier himself. As such, the risks are transferred at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Returns : Manifeste Création does not accept returns for “change of mind”. Each piece is unique and tailor-made. The only returns accepted are if they are due to non-compliant goods at the time of delivery.


According to the terms of article L221-18 of the Consumer Code

“The consumer has a period of three days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, following telephone or off-premises canvassing, without having to justify his decision or bear other costs. than those provided for in Articles L. 221-23 to L. 221-25.

The period mentioned in the first paragraph runs from the day:

1° The conclusion of the contract, for contracts for the provision of services and those mentioned in Article L. 221-4;

2° From the receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by him, for contracts for the sale of goods. For contracts concluded off-premises, the consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.

In the case of an order relating to several goods delivered separately or in the case of an order for a good made up of batches or multiple parts whose delivery is staggered over a defined period, the period runs from receipt of the last good or lot or of the last piece.

For contracts providing for the regular delivery of goods during a defined period, the period runs from the receipt of the first good. »

The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, using the withdrawal form attached and also available on the site or any other statement, unambiguous, expressing the desire to withdraw and in particular by postal mail addressed to the Seller at the postal or email address indicated in ARTICLE 1 of the GCS.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be marketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not taken back.

The return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.


We guarantee the proper delivery of your furniture to your home. The parts are carefully and eco-responsibly packaged.

On the other hand, we are not responsible for its good or bad use by yourself during your everyday life. By way of non-exhaustive examples: if you choose to climb onto your table and it breaks, if you knock over a bottle of wine or acidic products during cleaning and it gets stained, when you have chosen to installing it yourself and twisting it causing breakage, or mishandling it etc.

The Customer undertakes to comply with the recommendations and indications appearing on the notices of the Products ordered. The examples of situations provided on the notices are of course not exhaustive.

He acknowledges that any liability or guarantee of Manifeste Création will be excluded in the event of damage related to non-compliance with the Product instructions. Manifeste Création cannot be held liable for damage caused by the Products.


The Customer is informed that the collection of his personal data is necessary for the sale of the Products by the Seller as well as their transmission to third parties for the purpose of delivery of the Products. These personal data are collected only for the execution of the sales contract.

The Customer is also informed that the collection of his personal data is also necessary in view of the following purposes:

MANIFESTE CREATION undertakes to use the confidential information of its Internet users only within the framework of the operation of its Site.

Each member has a right to access, modify, rectify or delete data concerning him (article 34 of the Data Protection Act). To exercise this right, you should contact MANIFESTE CRÉATION by sending an email to or, at any time, by modifying your data in “My account”.
